NOTES ON MATTERS TREATED IN THE FIRST INSTRUCTION AT THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF JANUARY 7, 1774
On the material temporal Universal Creation enacted by virtue of the senary number of divine thoughts, veiled in Genesis by the six days of Moses.
Mysterious addition of the three divine faculties, Thought, Will, and Action.
Plan of Creation present in the mind of the Creator in a ▽ [triangular] form.
Imprint of this triangle in all the products of Creation.
Ternary number of spiritual essences, the producers of the forms mysteriously called sulfur, salt, and mercury.
Principial essences of the elements, principial elements of bodies.
Produced by the spirits of the axis, central fire or uncreated fire.
Spiritual essences in respect to one another.
In their state of indifferentiation, having their vitriol innate without action, produced Chaos.
Envelope of Chaos formed by the spirits of the axis.
Elders in infancy, their spiritual being sometimes occupied elsewhere.
Sensible terrestrial circle to the West, visual to the North, rational to the South, sensible at the mother's breast, visible during life, rational during Reintegration, sensible from the earth to the
moon, visual from the moon to the Sun, rational from the Sun to Saturn.
Lesser spiritual beings led and driven by the greater beings in these three circles.
Free will destroyed through the function of the greater, felix culpa.
Lesser ternary spirits are bodily without intelligence.
The ordinary axis is the horizontal line that supports and runs through Creation.
The uncreated fire axis is at once the envelope, the support, and the center of Creation, and is uncreated because the ternary spirits that produce it are emanated and not created.
Man destined for persecution by the wicked spirits.
He disrupts the work of the Creator in taking his own life, in falling into excess. His body is a temple. Fasts enfeeble the attacks of the enemy. The five senses are the gates of the enemy and of the watchman.
The bodily soul or vehicle resides in the blood; the spiritual soul likewise acts on the blood or the adherent vehicle. [16]
